If you’re looking for lots and lots of juicy girl/girl action, Lesbian Pink’s claims that it has ‘the largest collection of lesbian porn on the net’ is tempting. With over 20,000 photos in 1250 galleries and thousands of video feeds, if it’s not the biggest, it’s pretty damn close. The average lesbian niche site boasts a few thousand pictures, not even close to Lesbian Pink’s touted 20,000, PLUS all those videos and live feeds.

For starters, the videos are all licensed feeds – no original content at all, except in their pay-per-view full length video section. There are a ton of them, though, from dozens of different sources. The titles are refreshed and updated frequently, so it’s hard to count exactly how many. The clips vary in length from site to site – anywhere from a minute or two to full-length scenes of fifteen minutes and up, and with titles like Carpet Munchers and The Mugsy Muffs, you know you’ll get some steamy lesbo licking action.

Video is not where the focus is at Lesbian Pink, though. When they say they’ve got pictures, they really mean they’ve got pictures.  There are over 20,000 photos divided into 13 categories – Fetish, Kissing, Muff Diving, Toys, Photo Shoots, Ethnic, Big Girls, Group (like two hot babes aren’t enough?), Barely Legal, Foot Fun, Lesbian of the Day, Pure Hard Candy and Girls Love Girls Too. Of those, two are actually hosted off the site – the Hard Candy and Girls Love Girls Too galleries. That still leaves over 15000 steamy triple-X, softcore and centerfold photos that you’ll supposedly only find here at Lesbian Pink.

How about those thousands of 24/7 live cams? I checked in at all different hours, and sure enough, there was almost always someone around putting on a hot show, or just chatting between shows, but you really do need a good, stable high-speed connection AND java enabled on your browser to take advantage of it. Also, there’s a lot of solo girls here, and  you’ll pay extra for private shows, and the best stuff happens in private.

So there’s a lot here, but the exclusive/licensed ratio is somewhere in the neighborhood of 60% exclusive, 40% licensed. You can, however, add in the fact that Lesbian Pink is part of the I Want Net Sex network, with access to over 40 other hardcore porn web sites. There’s an almost overwhelming amount of content to pore through, but you really will have to poke through the contents on other niche sites to find whatever Sapphic pleasures happen to fit their site.

With all that content, you have to expect some unevenness of quality, and not everything you’ll find is highest caliber. The oldest sets in particular tend to have smaller, lower res pictures in larger sets. Overall, though, the quality is in the good to excellent range, and the girls range from ‘just your average girl’ to totally hot babes. You’ll find the best quality in the Lesbian of the Day gallery,  where Lesbian Pink features an exclusive photo set each day in high-res format. 

Most of what you’ll find in the gallery pictures are professionally photographed, and it does show. There’s great lighting, good composition and pretty camera angles, and that’s great in centerfold and softcore sets. Sometimes, though, you get the feeling that there’s more concentration on showing a pretty picture than capturing the hot, sweaty, gritty action that I like to see in my porn.  The best of the bunch are in the Barely Legal and Big Girls sections of Lesbian Pink, where you can peek in on girls munching their roommates and strapping on to probe a hot, juicy cunt.         

Once again, the video quality varies with the origin of the feed. Most of the sites only offer their clips in one or two formats, and there’s no way to tell in advance whether there’s a low-bandwidth option available (not many have them.). If you’re willing to pay extra, you can watch exclusive, full-length streaming videos on two different feeds, and the quality on those is excellent – if you have a high-bandwidth connection. Still, when I’m already paying this much per month, I don’t want to pay extra for a movie.

As I noted before, the exclusive/licensed content on this site seems to be about 60/40, though it’s hard to tell in some cases whether something is on site, or hosted elsewhere.  I had a curious déjà vu sense as I wandered through the galleries, even with content that I knew I hadn’t seen before. For the most part, the photos are about what you’ll find on hundreds of other sites around the net – there’s just a whole lot more of them in one place for one price.

There’s one other little thing that caught my attention. Several of the picture galleries are collections of photos of one particular kind of lesbo action, like kissing, or cuntlicking or toys. This is great if what your cock loves is a photo of two hot babes tangling tongues, or a thick, ribbed strap-on sported by a juicy teen slut. I found it disconcerting as hell, though – I’d far rather have those photos as part of a set featuring the same models to give them some context. Even more disconcerting was recognizing backgrounds from full photo shoots found elsewhere on the site, leaving me wondering if they were getting ‘double-duty’ out of their photo sets.

Lesbian  Pink promises ‘constant’ updating – and a look at their updates page and even logging in and out of the members’ home page seems at first to bear that out. However, a closer look at said updates page shows that of the eight update links listed for the past month, three were pointers to their ‘In Movies This Weekend’ section – hosted off site, and one was a story added to the ‘One Man – Multiple Women’ section of the XXX-stories that are shared by a number of sites in the network. That leaves four actual additions to the content – the monthly Centerfold Video, one new photo shoot, one video and several short clips added to Girls on Girls video section. A look at other months showed about the same frequency of updating.

The Members’ Home page serves up a different set of photo shoots and video choices every time you log in – not technically an update, but it IS a nice feature on a site with this much diverse content.

On my first visit to the Lesbian Pink, I found things really slow – I got to watch the background color screen for half a minute before even the text started showing up. Since so many things can affect how fast you access a site, I tried back several times over the next few days, even rebooting between visits. The results were pretty variable, but in general, I found that actually getting ON to the site could take a while. Once I was there, though, things moved along fairly quickly, with one exception – the java applet for some of the live feeds took so long to load that I actually walked away, got a coffee and came back before it was ready to roll.

Again – there are a LOT of things that affect loading times, and the fact that I’m running an old dinosaur of a machine with the bare minimum memory requirements make a huge difference. Even so, anything java-related took longer for me than it does on other sites, so… adjust your expectations accordingly. Your results won’t be as slow as mine (unless your baby is ten years old), but they’ll probably be slower than you’re used to.

And not to end on a down note – loading times for the videos and photo albums was about average for a site of its size. It’s only if you want to get to those 24/7 live cams that you’ll have to exercise a little patience.

Getting around on Lesbian Pink is fairly straightforward. Once you log in to the members’ home page, you can use the interactive menu bar to hop to any part of the site, or click on one of the icons to check out the featured photo shoot or video. The page refreshes nearly every hour or two, so you could easily just hope back and forth between the member’s home page and the featured sets for hours.

If, however, you prefer to find your own way around, the interactive menu bar is at the top of most pages. It will let you jump easily to site content (pictures, videos, live shows, and home), or visit some of the ‘bonus’ surprises, like a superstore where you can purchase toys, cds and more, or several ezines that are common to most of the sites in the I Want Net Sex network.

The newer photo gallery pages have a rather nifty little feature that makes them very fast loading. The table of contents is a set of text links with a preview link. Clicking on the preview link will load a picture from the set into a little frame on the side so you can decide if it’s something you want to see more of. This could be hugely improved if the galleries were named instead of numbered, but it’s still a pretty little trick.

Navigation within the picture galleries is pretty standard fare – which is to say, if you click on an individual picture, the only way to jump to another gallery is to back out to the main gallery page and go from there. That’s honestly a very minor pick, since I’d usually click all the way through a gallery using either manual next links, or their slide show feature. And of course, like all the other Max Cash sites, Lesbian Pink has a great little My Photo Album feature enabled. Click on ‘Add to My Photo Album’ when you find something you like, and you never have to wonder where the hell you found that hot set with the blonde at the beach. One more thing I’m adding in here – which is something I’ve never been inspired to add to a site review before. Lesbian Pink provides one of the best sets of help files I’ve seen on a porn site. The FAQs give you easy step-by-step answers to solve the most common problems that newbies might face. There’s also a live chat help desk if you can’t find a solution to your problem. That kind of customer service isn’t something you see often – definitely worthy of mention. It doesn’t matter how hot the clips are if you can’t see them!

Lesbian Pink takes its name seriously – the color scheme is pink on pink on pink with color accents so hot they sizzle. The site layout is a departure from the standard design of the Classic sites, abandoning the flanked pair of site and offsite text menus that most of the other sites use in favor of listing all the bonus sites in a box on the home page and keeping them off the other pages. The new design leaves plenty of space for displaying the actual content that you came to see.

There are some nice design touches that give Lesbian Pink a personality that a lot of big megasites lack – soft focus frames on the gallery contents page, for instance, and the surprisingly clean, crisp lines of the logo that keeps all that pink from being bubble-gummy and cutesy. It’s definitely a good step away from the cookie-cutter look of too many huge megasite networks and in the direction of customizing for content.

Despite the large number of pictures available, there’s so much here that’s questionably exclusive that I don’t see a way to justify the relatively pricey $29.99 monthly price. The fact that all the videos (with the exception of the monthly downloadable video centrefold) are streaming doesn’t even allow you to save what you like to look at later. Even when you count in all the bonus sites, if what you’re really looking for is pure lesbian porn, you’ll do better with an amateur or reality site that offers 100% exclusive sets and shoots updated frequently.

I really really really wanted to like this site a whole lot more. I had high hopes when I first entered the member area and saw how different the design is from most of the other sites in the network. And I do think that it’s heading in the right direction – the picture sets in the updates over the last year have steadily increased in quality, and features that make Lesbian Pink very user friendly have been added. More exclusive material and more ‘real’ porn would make a huge difference here. Like Ebony Fantasy, a similar site in the same network, Lesbian Pink shows signs that someone that cares about the niche is doing the choosing and design work.
