Three Pillows claim to have the largest collection of bisexual, bicurious and MMF porn anywhere in the world, and I sure haven’t seen more anywhere else. The members area features over 300 exclusive video clips, 18,000 pictures, audio stories, readers contributions, forums, articles and advice columns, live chatrooms, personals ads to peruse, stories to read or listen to, illustrated stories, a comic strip, video feeds – in short, it’s a cornucopia just overflowing with all kinds of hot, wet, juicy fun.

The videos come in two flavors – the in-house collection and the streamed DVDs.  There’s well over 300 original video clips, ranging in length from a minute to about 10 minutes. Each is available in high and low bandwidth versions, downloadable or streaming. There are literally thousands of pictures all arranged in galleries by gender mix – MMF is a big one, and nearly all of it is original.

Add in hundreds of horny stories, both professionally written and member’s fantasies and adventures, live chat (never less than 20 members chatting at any one time), interactive fiction and erotic poetry, and you get enough content to keep you busy for months.

Normally, I’d rank down a few points for this – once a week isn’t a heck of a lot. Except: when they update, they update BIG. A typical week will add 5 or 6 galleries with 75-150 pictures each, 3-5 video clips for an average of 15 minutes of new video content, 2 exclusive stories and two canned stories. Every couple of weeks, there’s a new column, and once a month or so, a new audio story, a new illustrated pictorial story and some custom, contributed art. That’s a LOT of content – enough to go daily, but in the words of site owner Coolegypt:

"Our updates are very much personalized, and I am afraid to lose that personal connection with the members by going automated. I think automated is the way to go to save the webmaster time, but I just can't see how to do it and still retain the feel and style that has worked so well for 3P."

That says a hell of a lot about the kind of quality and feel you’ll find at Three Pillows.

If you’re here for the videos, you’ll want a nice, fast connection. While they offer low-speed versions of their video clips, the quality and variety just isn’t as good. The picture galleries load fast on any connection, though, and even the giant-size versions of the pictures download at a good clip. Believe it or not, one of the slowest features on the site are the pictorial stories, and even they only take seconds to be loaded in full in your browser.

Getting around Three Pillows is a breeze! Practically everything on the site is just a mouseclick or two away from the main members’ page. The left-side menu is divided into type of content, and then subdivided under each heading. Under Visual Content, you’ll find links to take you to the Galleries, the Videos, the Bi Theatre, Bi Bye Boys Theatre, MegaFlix Feeds and SwitchHitters, plus a link to the Request Board where members can ask for what they want to see. Other categories include: Interactive (the Forums, Fantasy Board, Chat, and the unique Interactive Story where members add new chapters); NonTraditional Content (Erotic Stories, Audio Stories, Columns, Ezines, Erotic Art and Poetry sections); Other Features (Personals Ads, Games and Online Store); The MMF Bi Pages and Member Support. And, just like every other main page on the site, a link to the Cancellation Page.

I can’t say enough good about the Member Support here – the Member Help pages are custom designed with the total novice user in mind. There are step-by-step instructions on how to download, how to stream, where to find viewers and more.  Just like everything else about Three Pillows, the experience of site owner and his desire to make this a good experience for his members comes through loud and clear.

The first word that came to my mind when I got into Three Pillows was ‘frolic’. The site has a fun, spring break kind of feel to it. It’s professional without being slick. I’m a big fan of uncluttered design, clean lines that make it easy to figure out where to click and where I’ll find what. The Three Pillows design gets a lot of information and pictures across without making it feel crowded and hard to view.

This site meets all my criteria for good site design. Everything is easy to find, including help and support pages. The colours are bright, and used just the way that I like them – to accent important information and links. They stick with white for backgrounds, which really makes the content stand out.  The thumbnails on the gallery pages are good-sized, and give you a good idea of what you’ll find in the gallery. The video content pages offer a good-quality thumbnail to let you know what you’ll be seeing, and the different versions are clearly marked so you don’t end up stuck in a forever download because you clicked on the high-bandwidth clip by accident.

Three Pillows doesn’t offer a trial membership. They do recurring billing, either monthly or quarterly, and they make it incredibly easy to cancel your membership by providing links to their cancellation page from every main page on the site. The only  option for payment is via credit card through CCBill, a definite minus for those without a credit card, or who prefer to pay via phone or E-check.
